1. Pawdium shop

Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The shop opens in spring 2027: earlier orders are pre-orders, charged on dispatch. Delivery within the European Union; times and costs shown before payment.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt to change your mind without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Free returns in mainland France.

Guarantees: 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects.

2. Handler subscription

Price: €19.90 per month (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code), charged monthly by Stripe on the anniversary date. No minimum term.

Cancellation: any time from your account in two clicks; the subscription ends at the end of the paid month. Your profile is removed within 30 days at the latest.

Withdrawal: if you subscribe as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw; if you ask for immediate publication, the amount for the days already used remains due.

Profile: checked within 72 hours before publication. Information must be accurate; reviews are moderated.
