This page says exactly what we know about you, why, on what legal basis, for how long and who can access it. We collect only what we need, and we never sell or rent your data.

Your rights
You can at any time access, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, object to processing, receive your data in a readable format (portability), withdraw consent and give instructions about your data after your death (GDPR Articles 15–22; Article 85 of the French Data Protection Act).
If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your EU country of residence.
Data kept on your device (profile, course, cookie choice): you can see it, download it and erase it yourself, instantly, from the My data page. For anything we hold on our side (messages, waiting lists, account, orders), send your request from the same page: we act on it within one month at most.
Transfers outside the EU
Payments are processed by Stripe, which may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and European Commission standard contractual clauses. No other transfer takes place without being listed here. The site's forms are hosted by our hosting provider (Netlify), which may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Accounts (email, encrypted password, session) are managed by Supabase Pte. Ltd.; if this data is stored outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), access limited to those who need it, passwords never stored in clear text. In case of a data breach posing a risk, we notify the CNIL within 72 hours and, if the risk is high, the people concerned.
Minors
The app account and the handler subscription are for people aged 15 and over; under 15, a parent's consent is required.
